TaijiFit means “T’ai Chi for Exercise.” In a TaijiFit class, there are no moves or routines to learn or memorize or “get right." The style of movement and the theories of energy, alignment, balance and flow all come from original, traditional Tai Chi. TaijiFit is a class designed to guide YOU to find, maintain or restore the FLOW state. You will be guided to use your breath and body together in a harmonious, continuous and synergistic way. When we do this, we often can experience the FLOW state that is experienced as a lack of self-consciousness, fear, resistance, pain and negativity - and only joy and authenticity remain. FLOW is already inside all of us. TaijiFit is how you can connect to it.
